ART’S COOL
Museo Pambata’s summer workshop is designed to harness a child’s potential in the various arts such as painting, crafts, writing, and theater. Guided by accomplished artists and expert facilitators, kids learn and hone their craft in an environment of fun and discovery. Facilitators include children’s book illustrator Hubert Fucio and children’s author Genaro Gojo Cruz.

KARATE DEVELOPMENT FOR ARTS AND SPORTS (KDA)

MAKE BELIEVE: Camp Rock: Singing and Songwriting for Kids
For most young people, singing and songwriting are natural skills. They hum, put their stories into a rhythm, and easily think up of alternative lyrics to popular songs. Camp Rock will harness the natural singer and songwriter in kids ages 7 and above and allow them to express the melodies that are in their heads into songs. The class will culminate in a short concert showcasing the students’ original compositions.

Who doesn’t love the excitement of a well-told story? Stories have the power to delight and entertain, while teaching a thing or two. In Small Tales, kids 5 to 8 will read – and experience telling – well-loved stories. As part of the storytelling experience, they will make simple props that they will use in their storytelling.

THE ART OF STORYTELLING WORKSHOP AT MUSEO PAMBATA

MCDONALD’S KIDDIE CREW WORKSHOP
The McDonalds Kiddie Crew Workshop is a 5-day summer program specially designed for kids to enjoy and have fun while learning through different activities. Kiddie Crew members will get to experience the fun of greeting guests, manning the restaurant and through on-floor trainings; showcase their skills through creative art workshops and learn the importance of different values, such as hardwork, discipline, and teamwork.

JUNIOR BOOK CREW AT FULLY BOOKED
Are you a bookworm between 11-16 years of age? Is reading more akin to eating, breathing, and sleeping than it is to homework? Are you ready for a summer vacation so fun that it will be permanently etched in your memory? The Junior Book Crew is a month-long workshop that will give children ages 11-16 an opportunity to expand their love for books and the written word, plus a chance to experience what it is like to perform certain tasks in the bookstore. Only 30 participants will be selected.
